Lecta is awaiting the final changes approved by the European Parliament that modify key deadlines and obligations.

The recent approval by the European Parliament of the proposal to extend the implementation of the EUDR Regulation by one year also includes changes that will simplify processes and requirements related to Due Diligence statements, which will be officially communicated soon.

Lecta is waiting for the publication of the amended Regulation in order to implement the necessary adjustments derived from these latest changes and thereby adapt the operation of its activities in accordance with the EUDR.
