Lecta’s structural reorganization has taken place in parallel with the group’s refinancing process. The restructuring into independent new companies -aligned with the specialty papers, fine papers and distribution, and self-adhesive materials businesses- together with the redistribution of debt, significantly strengthens the financial situation of each entity. This provides new opportunities for development and investment, tailored to the specific needs of each business and long-term reliability, so our customers benefit from partners that are not only specialized, but also resilient and future ready.

As of 1st July the new websites for Torraspapel (Specialty Papers), Cartiere del Garda (Fine Papers) and Adestor Self-Adhesives, bring you closer to the full range of paper solutions we offer.
