​​​​​​​​Effective today, Andrea Minguzzi, Group CFO, becomes Executive Chairman of the Lecta Group. He replaces Santiago Ramirez, who stepped down from his role. Andrea will continue to work with Eduardo Querol, Group CEO, and the rest of the management team towards completing the transformation of Lecta to a manufacturer and distributor of value-added specialty and labelling solutions. ​​​​​
