Spanish charities Fundación Talita and Icària Iniciatives Socials select Lecta's papers for their calendars.

In keeping with its mission and values of social responsibility, Torraspapel, part of the Lecta Group, participates on a yearly basis in a number of charitable endeavors. Noteworthy among these social initiatives is its involvement in the production and distribution of calendars published by non-profit organizations that promote the integration of persons with special needs.

Each month of the traditional Fundación Talita calendar features a child with special needs photographed with a celebrity. Its aim is to increase awareness of diversity and respect towards those who are different. The calendar, printed on PEFC-certified CreatorSilk 150 grs and CreatorVol100 grs, seeks to help change the way people view disability with its portraits of those highly sensitive members of our society who depend on a positive, constructive attitude from others in order to best develop their abilities.

Furthermore, each year the organization Icària Iniciatives Socials, which also aims to promote the integration of disabled persons, publishes the the InOut hostel and restaurant calendar. InOut is the first European tourist complex of its kind, where more than 90% of the staff have some kind of mental disability. Lecta supports this initiative each year by collaborating on their calendar, printed on CreatorSilk 300-gram paper.
