Evolution of environmental parameters
Review of the environmental parameters for this period requires keeping mind some important aspects for their proper assessment:
- The impact of COVID-19, which, in 2020, caused a steep decline in demand, consequently, significant downtiles in some of our production lines.
- Shutdown of the L8 at the Condat mill since 2019, as part of its transformation.
- Also in 2019, the unextected downtime in production at the Cartiere del Garda mill due to inforeseen events resulting from the implementation of SAP.
- Lecta's strategic transformation: from 2-side CWF papers to specialty papers with the resulting change in production mix.
